This 3BR/3BA, 2nd floor unit was updated in 2023, including all new stainless steel appliances, smart TVs in the living room and master bedroom and upgraded cookware/coffeemaker. Make the short walk back from the slopes to enjoy your après’ ski time with family and friends in front of the newly-renovated, wood-burning fireplace (firewood provided).  From the private balcony off the living room, take in the view of the heart of the town of Mt. Crested Butte.

Each of the three bedrooms feature an en-suite bathroom and new bedding.  Sleeps 10 comfortably, with a king in the master bedroom, a king in the second bedroom, a queen and twin bunk-bed in the third bedroom, and a double sleeper sofa in the living room.

The unit is accessed through the interior of the building.  There is a stacked washer/dryer in the unit; and two parking spaces are available (though not guaranteed, the majority of building parking is covered).  The Plaza is less than a five-minute walk from the slopes and features two hot tubs (inside and outside), steam room, sauna, ski lockers and the Iron Horse Tap. 

Groups and families love the Plaza for its convenient location just 100 yards from the ski area's main lift, the Silver Queen. In one short walk, guests can hit the slopes or take in the action at the base area of Crested Butte Mountain Resort. Kids love the Adventure Center (mini-golf or rock climbing, anyone?), and parents love the shops and base area restaurants (hello, happy hour!). The Plaza is also unique for its condominium setting with hotel style services. Spacious two- and three- bedroom suites include everything you need to be independent, while a restaurant and bar, covered parking and two hot tubs provide all the benefits of a hotel.
